GRA Consultation – Fill in YOUR Protected Characteristics
Respond to the Government Consultation on Reform of the GRA before 11pm 19th October 2018. The consultation wrongly ONLY asks ‘trans’ respondents about their protected characteristics (under the Equality Act 2010). We recommend that, even if you are not ‘trans’, you fill in YOUR protected characteristics and give YOUR opinion on the proposed law changes.
0/10 for Shami Chakrabarti – Back to the Drawing Board!
Dr Anna Cleaves critiques Shami Chakrabarti’s take on ‘transgenderism’. Chakrabarti’s new book, Of Women, advocates for women’s rights to be prioritised – but her view on ‘transgenderism’ contradicts and undermines this worthy objective.
Lesbian Pride Manchester 2018
OBJECT and The Society for the Preservation of Accurate Pride Heritage provided a pro-lesbian presence at Manchester Pride parade 2018. We OBJECT to lesbian erasure and to the threats and harms of ‘transgender’ ideology on the lesbian community. We support the right of lesbians to accurately define themselves as biologically female homosexuals.
The Brothel Next Door
Gemma Oldman describes her experience of a pop-up brothel setting up next door. She took extensive notes and reported her concerns to the police and a human trafficking helpline. Is enough being done to help victims of sex trafficking in the UK? We don’t think so. There are no consequences for the punters, the men who buy and rape the victims. We OBJECT.
WE’VE GOT THE ‘L’ OUT. LESBIAN IS NOW SPELLED ‘G-A-Y’.
0BJECT attended Brighton Pride 2018 to protest against lesbian erasure. We believe that the so-called ‘LGBT’ movement does not represent or support the interests of lesbians, hence the requirement to ‘Get The ‘L’ Out.’ A man at Brighton Pride shouted down a megaphone that ‘lesbian’ is now spelled ‘G-A-Y’. We OBJECT.
Not a Choice; Not a Job
The notion of ‘changing sex’ (aka ‘transgenderism’) is being promoted to children and young people as if being a woman were a choice; as if having a so-called ‘sex change’ were as simple as changing jobs. We OBJECT.

‘TERF WARS’ WORKSHOP
Members of OBJECT covertly attended an event called ‘TERF WARS,’ held at the ‘Freedom Press Bookshop’ in East London. Speakers vilified feminists who challenge ‘transgender’ ideology, proclaiming that “TERFs are like mould; they smell and they spread.”
Take Women off the Menu
OBJECT recently held our 15th Annual General Meeting in London. On our way to the venue, we removed 64 prostitution ads from 3 phone boxes. These ads displayed women’s bodies like meat on a menu, available for men’s consumption. We OBJECT.
Why you should NOT forgive someone who has hurt you.
Relationship coach Caroline Franssen tells us why forgiving someone who harms us can do more harm than good.
